I'll Take Manhattan
One of my top three favorite drinks is the Manhattan. I prefer bourbon over rye whisky. Breckenridge Bourbon Whisky Reserve Blend is my favorite. It's a smooth drink that's sensational on its own! The fact that I'm buying local from a distillery that uses mineral-infused Rocky Mountain snowmelt is a bonus!

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Maraschino Cherry
Stir bourbon, vermouth, and bitters in an ice-filled mixing glass until the outside of the glass is very cold (about 30 seconds). Pour into a chilled glass, and garnish with a cherry.
I like to pour mine over a large ice cube, which melts slowly. This ensures a cold drink to the last sip!
